Pre-Tokoharu Gunma books?

Now let me preface this by saying, I have no idea how "business" works, and I won't pretend like I do, so if this idea is actually stupid and nonsensical, then sorry to waste time. ^_^;;

Anyway, since Eroscomix lost their main translator and editor for their Mangarotica line over two years ago, it would seem they have no intention of returning to their line. Is there any way that they automatically, or would choose, to lose their licensing they have on Gunma's pre-Tokoharu books? And by extension, would it be possible for Fakku, or other companies for that matter, to pick them up?

I don't know the intricacies of how that works, or if it is even possible, but it would be awesome. It's a shame to see all of Gunma's works, that were licensed, just sitting there when there are other companies that could take advantage of it.

Sorry, I suppose this isn't really a Fakku Books question per say, but it's sort of relevant and not really sure who else to ask that could potentially answer the question.

Good to hear that there will be some announcements at Anime Expo regarding Gunma Kisaragi works. Whatever Fakku has planned it will probably be great.

Hmmm... Gunma only has one other tankoubon published through Wani (his most recent). All his other volumes seem to have been published through Core. If Jacob is referring to multiple licenses above, is that a sign of a upcoming announcement about a deal with Core?

Ah very nice. Glad to hear that it may be possible to get Giri Giri Sisters and beyond released still. Been trying to keep in contact with Eroscomix over it, but to little avail.

Been over two years since my last response from them, which was a paraphrase of "We're looking to hire a new editor and translator. Stay tuned." Well, two years later I can only assume they are stopping their Mangaerotica line. Shame, but if Fakku can pick up the slack than all the better. :3
