Should I start buying from Amazon instead?

So after buying 4 books from FAKKU Store, I noticed that when Jacob starts shipping a book, he puts it up on Amazon at the same time. They're both the same price (about $20) on Amazon and the FAKKU Store, but with FAKKU store I have to pay about $5 shipping and wait about 6 days - 10 days for delivery, meanwhile on Amazon, FAKKU books have PRIME shipping, which is FREE shipping and 2/3 day guaranteed delivery (and if it's any later than the guaranteed date, I can complain and get credit or extended membership).
Should I keep ordering from FAKKU or start using Amazon? I listed the following Cons/Pros I know.
[FAKKU Pros (+) and Cons (-)]:
+Physical + Digital for $20 (I personally don't care for a Digital though)
+If problems with book, can contact Bro Jacob or Bro Crazy Ben for help and receive immediate action (had a problem before, received possibly the best solution possible).
+Early Pre-Order for Physical/Digital
- $5 shipping (for my area atleast)
- 6-10 day shipping
-Books are shipped by earliest placed orders
[Amazon (Prime) Pros and Cons]:
+Free Shipping
+2-3 Day Guaranteed Delivery
+If shipping takes longer than Guaranteed date, can complain for extended membership or credit.
+Order will be shipped instantly or less than 1 day after placement (no queue like FAKKU)
-No Digital Copy
-If problem, would have to talk to support and depending on problem wait a while for action/solution (problem solution may not be as great as Jacob's/Ben's solution)
-I forgot con #3. I went to go shower and forgot it.
So should I start ordering from Amazon now or is there some benefits I missed that should make me keep ordering from FAKKU?
or does it not matter because either way Jacob and Ben get the same amount of profit and which I choose only benefits me better?

honestly i'd stick to fakku yes amazon has free shipping, but fakku has better support, a more tight nit community, and when you buy from fakku all the profits go to them. Though in all honesty it's your choice, choose what works best for your current situation.

Distributor preference boils down
If you can't justify spending $5 dollars for shipping then go with Amazon. Outside of the $5 dollar shipping, the FAKKU-side cons aren't legitimate faults. FAKKU doesn't have the largest staff and shipping books in order of being ordered makes the most logical sense. I don't see how this is a con seeing that every legitimate company does the same. I'm sure if we had an Amazon Prime equivalent yearly fee, your order would be sent just as fast. Unless you are outside of USA, 6-10 days is ridiculous. All of my books have arrived 2-3 days after being shipped.

This is basically the same as buying a game on Steam vs. buying a game from the developer and getting a Steam key from them. You're not a bad person for going for the more convenient option, even if it's less profitable for the producer. Just make sure you think carefully about how much you value the advantages of each option.

For me, the price/shipping difference is small enough that I'd rather buy here and give Fakku the most profit possible. Also I imagine shipping times will get better as they grow as a company.

Eventually, some time down the road, we might also get special pre-order offers through Fakku beyond the extra digital copy. Cards, posters, key cahins, cups, pillow covers, mini towels, etc.

really? you are comparing amazon prime, a $79 dlls a year subscription, against Fakku staff? Your pro/cons just reflect the advantages you got for being part of amazon prime.
I would rather buy entirely from Fakku and help them grow (as little as it may be) instead of buying from a big, long-time on the business, company. Remember, we are all here because we share the same passion, and to be honest you would only be picking the option that works best for you, so you shouldn't feel bad for whatever you may decide.
