Upgrading Digital to Physical

If you own a digital edition of a FAKKU book on the website, are you still able to "upgrade" to a physical edition and just pay the difference between editions (plus shipping)? Or do you have to pay full price now?

If I recall, I was in the same situation. I wanted to have a physical copy of a manga and I believe you just pay the difference. Just have the order number ready when you send an email to support.
