That's the same as putting regimentation in the system. I believe the Fakku community will be less healthy, hence the so-called subordinates will be scared to ask or make a suggestion and some of the so-called seniors will abuse their seniority and insist that they are always right.

OP, no. Just no. A title system based on Reputation isn't a good idea. Although to be honest a title system based on post count isn't a good idea either. But punishing users for not calling someone by their title and username is a bit much, wouldn't you say?

To be frank, this is a dumb idea. It's not like people's titles are bolded and in a different color every time they post. Oh wait, they are. And basing it on rep is meaningless. Rep does nothing to reflect a user other than show that they posted something people liked/hated.
