About the Black Friday Specials

If you guys are going to implement free shipping above a certain amount (like you guys did for the past few years), can you guys please not put UPS Standard or any other shipping service that has 70+ dollars of fees (duties plus "service fee") tacked on to it? I am talking about a certain country (CAD).

As the higher tiers usually have no service fee; it's literally cheaper to use the higher tiers.

If you guys are going to implement free shipping, can you give the option of a flat shipping credit so we can use that buy up a tier of shipping?

We are not planning to have a free shipping deal this Black Friday, we will however have a special sale.

I hope you'll put a larger selection of digital comics on sale, more than the usual 8-10. Not necessarily the ones released this year.

I made a mistake by not double-checking the information that I got from someone else.

Using Amazon.com for shipping to central Europe is a more affordable alternative, even though the fees for 10 volumes still add up to 32€ and 15€ extra as estimated import fees. That's about a third less than buying from Fakku Store.

That's because amazon has a better contract with the post office since they ship a lot of stuff so they can blackmail negotiate with the postal service for better rates.

bought 3 books missing from my collection and some doujin. Shame the cost of shipping is so high, otherwise I would have bought some apparel or physical copies but I can understand the reason it is the way it is.

Well, I'm pretty pleased overall. Got 6 new physical books and all the digital doujins I did not already have. Only bummer was I already bought 5 of the physical books from this year at regular price, so missed out on $50 more of savings there. Also, wanted to get Pandemonium physical but it is OOS.

Even though I'm pretty much set on my wish list, I'm still curious when the sale is due to end? BF weekend is somewhat vague and I'm not seeing a date, time, or timer anywhere. Based on that verbiage, I'm assuming it will end Sunday night at midnight PST then?

Just an FYI, I also noticed the "Top Tier Ship Girl VS Ship Girl" doujin has some censorship but the BF description says "As always, all hentai books and doujin are... ✅ completely uncensored". Someone should probably put an asterisk there with a note saying that is an exception.

No free shipping this year BUT a new job, it balances out nicely.
Still a pretty good deal, 3 books on sale added and a nice shirt + some non sale related stuff.

(I suppose the free shipping thing was possible when you had less customer maybe, and now it may cost you too much to do again ? Because in the end outside USA the sale equals the shipping and I would gladly pay the exact same price knowing it goes to you and author, rather than postal fees. Or maybe it's the same, since YOU would still pay it in the end)

More cost benefit equation. Think of rightstuf and free Canadian shipping for over 200$ or even the 50$ us shipping. Reason Amazon and the other big box stores get free shipping cheap is bulk and contracts. Best buy sends it buy ups to the city hub and the mail person delivers it for free. That's why it only 4 bucks.
