About the digital version with paperback

Hey guys, I have gotten my Heat Alert paperback in 2 days ago on Friday from the purchasing agent I found last month.
I have a question. The website showed that "Paperback Includes Free Digital Version",
so, is there a download link or code inside a page of my book? (I didn't notice it when and after fapping this book XD)
Or is that digital version in that purchasing agent's account?

Either they knowingly lied or mistakenly took the information from Fakku's store page, but only paperbacks bought directly from Fakku come with a free digital version.

The digital version is in the purchasing agents account.
To have it transferred to your account, the purchasing agent must contact support
Then have the purchasing agent say the whole story.
That they were working for you to buy the books and ship them to you, and that they would like to have the digital copy transferred from their account to your account.
Make sure they use your FAKKU username in the message.

Alright, the purchasing agent gave me the account she used to buy the book and there is actually Heat Alert digital version in that account,
and she told me that I can watch digital version with that account.
It seems that she doesn't understand what I am talking about and didn't contact Fakku, either...

Well If you still want to get the digital transferred to this account, since you have access to the account where the digital Heat Alert is, you can do the following.
- log into that account
- go to the very bottom of the page on the FAKKU website
- there you will find the "Contact", section
- then just write to the staff requesting that the digital copy be transferred to this account

I assume after you filled out the contact sheet you received an email like this:

If you did reply straight to the automated message in my picture that is fine, they will just see the message twice but either way it should get resolved.
