Advertisement at top of manga pages

The advertisement at the top of each of the pages of the manga forces the page down in the browser. This more or less makes the "Fit" option useless, as I still have to scroll down to see the whole page. Is this intended? Could Fakku move the ad to the sides or the bottom so the "Fit" option can actually fit the page to the browser window size?
