If you are talking about the Okayu who made "Reflective Mirror" featured in Kairakuten 2020-01, then that is not their Twitter. However, you are correct in that the Twitter on Okayu's artist page is incorrect. It should be this one.
I've posted about incorrect/missing artist Twitter's before and eventually the mods said to just send a support form. I've already done that in this case.
