I'm making this thread so that people can post here about gallery entries where the artist has been tagged wrong, or where different names have been used for the same artist (making it bothersome for people who want to read all the stuff by a certain artist) and so on.
I searched and didn't find another such thread, so I hope it's fine I'm making this.
So my first point would be this gallery:

Homu...though I understand why you can't find it since the thread's name is different. It's not always updated since there aren't that much obvious errors.
