Bug Bump Thread
0
Until the 'invisable first post on new page' bug is fixed, this thread can be used for bug spray post requests.
first one is for my post in Manga Section - Error Reports.

Already bumped it. ^__^Isn't it already a thread like this in Request?
thanks for the bump.
is there a thread for this already? i dug back five pages in both this and the request section and didn't see one. i have seen several threads about the bug itself, but none for this purpose specificly.
i suppose it could fit in request section, but i think here is appropriate also since it is bug related topic.

I tried a few differently worded seaches, and dug back over thirty pages in the request section and i still couldn't find that thread with out your link(thanks for that btw). i leave it to a higher power to determine the proper location.

It's better if it's here, it doesn't disappears (in the page flow) that quickly then.
Have you considered doing this to a bump (in general) thread, rather then just a bug post thread?

Can somebody explain what the bug is? I don't seem to understand. There's this weird thing that afflicts some pre-crash threads that makes a new page of posts not show. So, it'll say that a user's posted new content to them, but you won't be able to see it if it began a new page (ie. only one page prior? a link to page 2 won't show). I don't think any fix has been identified.

Can somebody explain what the bug is? I don't seem to understand.Imagine that when you post in a thread, your post should start a new page and that page / post should be acessible to all other users. The bug is precisely this. We can't access the post that starts a new page when in reality, the post is there. To solve that, we post something like "anti-bug post" or something similar that it'll solve the problem.
You'll only note this issue in old threads. The recent ones won't have it.
Edit: Ninja'd

It may also apply to any threads after a major update/downtime, then, perhaps?

Jacob about one year ago made this thread about this issue and it was a little after that time that I started noticing the bug not happening anymore in new threads. So, I arrived the conclusion above said.
Well, if I'm mistaken, feel free to correct me.
