can't read renai sample? not the loading problem

Wasn't sure where to post this as it's my first time on these forums. Sorry if it's in the wrong place.
I pre-ordered the digital version of Renai Sample about a month ago, but when I tried viewing it today clicking the link gives me the message "You must purchase this book in order to read it". I already bought it! Everyone else was complaining about some loading problem, but I don't think this is the same error. Not sure what to do now, any help?

I your order is like mine where it says "Pending" it might be why we cant view the forums or book.

I have a similar problem. I pre-ordered the book several days ago. Both my order and my payment have cleared, yet I can not access the digital version of Renai Sample or the Fakku Books forums. I contacted the store to see if they can fix this issue. If you haven't contacted them yet, you should probably contact them too.

I'll take a look at your orders and see what's going on, if it's stuck in the "Pending" state that is probably the issue.
