[Curiosity XXXed the Cat] Ordered it, but Amazon returns 404

On the 4th of February I ordered Curiosity XXXed the cat from Amazon. Order process went fine. It was listed as temporarily out of stock, but I didn't mind waiting for the second batch to head over there. However, yesterday, when I wanted to look up some information on the book, the listing URL redirected me to a '404 - Document not found'-page. The order is still pending in my 'open orders'-page, but I don't understand how the listing can suddenly vanish. Tried different browsers, tried emptying up cookies/cache, but nothing.

So, I contacted an Amazon Associate about this, and the guy ended up saying that it's a technical issue with the listing page itself. The order will get finished up as soon as the book gets back in stock. However, on sellerscentral.amazon.com I read up how wildly varying 'temporarily out of stock' times can be (anywhere from tomorrow, to months, to "lolnever, but you'll have to cancel the order yourself"), so with that and the listing vanishing... I'm panicking juuuuust a little bit. Is this something I should worry about? Is Fakku going to send a second batch over to Amazon? Apologies for the story, just looking for a little peace of mind.

We'd recommend canceling your pre-order with Amazon and if you'd still like to order the book, order from the Fakku Store. We currently have the book in-stock.

Thanks for the reply, Tsujoi. That's a bummer, man. I would've loved to buy it from over here, but the cheapest shipping option to the Netherlands is 26 bucks. Well... I'll see what I'll do next.

Contact Amazon and find out what's wrong and see if they plan to fulfill the order. They have been taking issue with our books because they are for adults and unfortunately it's on them.

I'm afraid I just followed up on part of Tsujoi's recommendation and cancelled the order. Yesterday I had a conversation with Amazon's help chat about the vanishing page, and the guy told me it's a technical error with the product page; the order was still in process, and as soon as the book would've arrived, they would've fulfilled the order. But now that you're saying they're having issues with your books...

Well, I just tried reordering it by clicking the "Buy it Again"... and I ended up with this. Buy it again Clicking the product page link itself still ends up at a 404. Strange stuff.

Yeah but you cancel the order in that case, seems Amazon is not cool with the adult books anymore.

That is incredibly unfortunate for people outside the states.

As a result of this change we are going to quickly figure out better international shipping options, it'll probably take a week or two for them to go live but the prices will be less expensive across the board.

That sounds good! Maybe I'll get my hands on a "Curiosity" after all. Just a last update: I ordered "Homunculus - Renai Sample" from Fakku on Amazon, and that order went through fine. It's due to get shipped out later today, so it looks like some of the older titles are still okay.
