I think it's based off a computer's IP, not internet IP...

Gamb, not sure why you didn't ban the user who admitted to breaking the rules, also disappointed in everyone who didn't report this kid to begin with. I thought we were on the same side, doesn't that mean we try to remove cancer like this from our home?
