Download links missing?

Why does some have download links while other are missing it? I thought it was fixed? or is fakku going legit?

Our download server can be a bit finicky at times, hope to have it working properly soonâ„¢.

aside from that, not every re-publisher/subbing group has made downloads available, if we're going to stay "politically correct" fakku isn't allowed to provide direct downloads to content they don't have the right to re-distribute. if you really want a series or a chapter usually at the end there is a little page with the info of who translated it and you can just search their group and get a copy from their page.... except for Lusty Lady, i still have no clue what happened to them....

so there is no direct download ??

i'll be taking this series here as a example:
https://www.fakku.net/manga/two-dimensions-girlfriend-chapter-4-end/download
and
https://www.fakku.net/manga/two-dimensions-girlfriend-english/download

as you can see, the first one doesn't have a download and the other one does.
even tough its the same uploader and the same subbing group, after 11 months there still isn't a download. so this could mean eithe two things: either the download server is so slow its still working on it... i'm not sure how fakku works entirely myself, but i'm just throwing educated guesses that the up-loaders haven't made them available for download, but jacob could come back at it and slap me in the face for it.
