Yes you can download them with no strings attached and you should also look at the Fakku store.

If the download link is working, yes. Some of the downloads have faulty links. When that happens, usually a good samaritan posts a new download link.

If you're not then bad luck, but no strings attached.

And yeah, you can. But sometimes the server messed up (rumor said because Jacob came on it) and links will be broken... I suggest you go directly to scanslator's site if the link's not working.

If there was something wrong, do you seriously think we would tell you?

No worries man, unless the government are looking for ways to fck up the internet for us, you can download like crazy! Unless you the type that downloads 4000 songs in a day then I cant say much from there :P
