How can I download/save something that's in FAKKU's reader?

How can I download the one page illustrations and two page spreads? And others like some pages of various hentai where the art/scene is worthy of being a wallpaper?

For example, how can I download these?

An example of an spread.
An example of a hentai page.

Or is that not possible?
