Im not sure, but maybe the ransomware maybe able to change the cover to a different countries 'police state' dept. The few users i talk to who got this never got a FBI version if their not US fag. Devs got a aussie version if i remember.
Or if it in the fakku ads or fakku's server maybe a foreign fag might get the v& fbi... don't know just guessing.

I was getting that popup too but all removal tools are for the ransomware that locks your whole pc, not just browser. I cant get rid of this one. But does it even matter if its only in browser and basically only when I go on fakku?
EDIT: also, for some reason it happenes only in chrome, firefox is fine
