Yea I think it' picture uploading related. I just created a thread with a starter image and got the error message, but I take out the picture, boom thread is open for business.That's what happened to me and my recent 'Which hentai manga should I buy next?' thread - I wanted to have a thread image at the top but it wouldn't let me post the thread, yet when I took the image out I could post the thread.
Edit: My problem seems to have been solved now so let's see if it carries on that way - I can finally edit my nosebleed threads.
What about you guys?
Thanks for the heads up, I just successfully added a thread image to the thread I mentioned previously.

First off, you have a problem that has nothing to do with the thread, you make your own thread for it. Second, you must probably be blind or stupid, if you never bothered to click the following buttons in this order:
Profile (upper-right) -> Edit profile (upper-right) -> Browse (center, beside the box for Upload Avatar from your computer)
