This first link tells you the size chart for the type of shirts the design is printed on: Men/Unisex Shirt Sizes (yes, the shirts only come in Men/Unisex sizes). These are the numbers you get when you measure around your torso while wearing the shirt.
This link tells you the garment specifications, such as length and width, measured as if you just put the shirt down flat and not while on you: Garment Specifications.
