Why do you think every single result looks like that? As I've already stated, there are industry-wide regulations that we are forced to abide by and can't comment on. I can almost guarantee you that every time you ask why we're not doing something, if it relates to this topic, the answer is we simply can't.
Understood. Industry wide regulations, exist in any industry, and I get that you can't flout them. That said, if they are laws, they should have a bill or executive order number, right? Can you provide that so that we can know where the line is? It is extremely uncommon for laws to have gag orders preventing knowledge of the law. Most of the few of those that are known to exist are counter terrorism related, which hardly seems likely here.
If they aren't a law, then can we know the source of the authority making them? There surely must be some authorizing force, and if part of its provisions is being invisible and completely unaccountable, that's...Extremely worrying.
My sincere apologies for bringing this up again as I know you've said a lot on this matter, but it has now become an issue of whether you can be trusted with your users' best interests and privacy, if you have an invisible master with unknown intentions dictating your actions.
I appreciate your work, and so do not mean to be insulting. I am just legitimately worried now.
