hi, i know you guys are probably tired of getting this question but any predictions for when the normal subscriptions will return?

There shouldn't be issues getting a FAKKU Unlimited subscription... if it's not letting you, could you send in a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you're receiving?

Sorry, I don't think I understand! The subscription has been handled the same as it was since before the store went down. Unless you mean purchasing digital books for download?

Sorry, I don't think I understand! The subscription has been handled the same as it was since before the store went down. Unless you mean purchasing digital books for download?
In the old store there's an item called fakku subscription (digital), you can buy them in advance, just like a gift card fakku also was offer them before!
Now this item dont exist in the new store...

There are different links?Ahh, you'll want to submit a ticket for that, if you haven't already. Contact Support - Depending on the issue, if it's account-related, it may take a bit to get fixed up but we are working on them as quickly as possible. If it's card-related, we'll let you know to contact your card issuer. A lot of times if the issue isn't directly account-related, the only info card issuers give us is "Declined - Please reach out to card issuer" so it can get a little tricky, but multiple different cards not working is usually a sign of something else.
As for the new and old site, there isn't an old site to visit. It's all just fakku.net or merch.fakku.net but we're updating fakku.net for physical book purchasing. You can read more about the changes here: FAKKU Store Update
