General site suggestions

I would like to see added to the site a way to favorite not only individual mangas but also favorite artists. It would also be cool if, when selecting a manga for viewing, you were shown a list of suggestions for others to read based on, say, similar tags or combinations of tags. Speaking of which, it would be awesome to be able to look up manga multiple tags, rather than just one at a time.

This isn't the first time someone has suggested a favourite artists thing. In fact it's been asked for so many times I'm surprised I've never seen Jacob at least pick up on it.
