Green Ribbons in the Manga section

In the Manga section, where you can see the newest releases and your own purchased tankobons, what's up with that green ribbon indicator? I see it on tanks I own, and tanks I don't.

I think it contains tags you're following. I looked at my favorites and there are green ribbons on chapters with those tags and maybe for artists I'm following too.
