Having trouble posting in one specific topic

The topic in question (right here) is one I created in the Writing and Fanfiction section to post stuff I've written. That may or may not be relevant because the opening post contains somewhere close to 60,000 words.
Specifically, when I try editing the opening post to add more, I get the "under heavy load" message. The same thing happens when I try to make a new post in the topic. Even if I try to do nothing more than delete some text from the opening post, I still get that message.
I don't think it's the high word count because someone else has a topic with way more than that, but I don't know what else it could be. Does anyone know what's going on?

I tried making a post and it was successful. I think the "under a heavy load" thing is a new bug, because I've also been getting that whenever I try to change my avatar.
