Frakly CDisplay is ancient, the last release was in 2004. (More than 10 years ago!)
I recommend using something more recent like CDisplay Ex or ComicRack.

Just because CDisplay is old doesn't mean it would be bad. I still use it myself because it's pretty much the only reader that I think does the fullscreen experience right, and it comes with sane defaults and has very good controls.
Also, CDisplayEx has basically nothing to do with the real CDisplay. It's literally a completely different program, the author simply named it "CDisplayEx" because he wanted to leech on the fame of real thing.
