Whenever i click the triangle button to load the vid it pauses and thn shows the msg ' error loading the vid's url' :( can anyone help me please?

If you can provide a Screen Shot (SS) of your problem it would help locate the problem a lot faster. I'm assuming your talking about the view online option though. I'm assuming the play button is the "triangle" and instead of buffering your getting an error. What movie/s is this for? Have you tried loading a different movie or is it only one one?

On most new keyboads there is a button called "PrtScn" usakky located near the "F" keys. Once the problem occurs you can press this button and it will "print the screen" aka copy it. You can then open up "mspaint" and then press the buttons "Ctrl+V". This should make the screen you were looking at pop up. You can save the image and upload it to a website eg: photobucket or imageshack. Then once you have it uploaded a screen with option should come up and there should be one for "Direct Image" or around those lines. Copy and paste this code into your post. Then press the image button on the options bar of this "post a reply" and paste the image code in that.
