If I remember correctly it went dead about the same time a licensing crackdown happened back in 2011 which saw a bunch of freebie Hentai-Animation sites shut down (including one I frequented), so I'm assuming that's why. It was dead by the time I joined, in any case.
The site's never had a pay-to-watch though.

They're interested but are probably way too busy right now. I too would like to see this but manga is still higher on my priority list. I don't know why it is buy hentai animations don't make as much of an impression on me as manga does. There's no reason why you can't make a compelling anime with sex. If the best eroge were reproduced as hentai animations they would surely draw attention. I guess the assumption is that people watch hentai anime just to get off so they stuff some scenes in a 20 minute video and call it a day.
