Hentai Anime (SEIJIN ANIME)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to officially start a section to upload hentai animes in the User Uploads. I will be interested in uploading them into mediafire. Please share your views and thoughts with me!

WRONG!!!

We used to have a video section. Users kept uploading stuff that FAKKU *already* received DMCA take down notices not to host. We don't have a video section anymore.

Oh, I didn't know about that :( So it's not possible anymore? Then why wasn't the visual novel section taken down as well? o.O

I assume that one could argue that with the English patches, they are modifying or parodying them, then making fair use applicable. I dunno really. Kind of like how covers and fandubs are legal.

No they aren't. International copyright law still applies and a translation does not grant the right to distribute. It's just that Japanese game companies rarely take the effort to pursue fan translations and the same goes for fansubs of anime...

Especially since over the years there's been a sort of "gentleman's agreement" between fansubbers and anime companies that the companies will ignore fansubs, but fansubbers will cease all activity once a title is licensed in their country.

Please note that the video section was taken down, because users kept posting *licensed* titles.
