How does one attach a picture?

Well any who I'm just wondering on how to attach a Picture on to a forum post or reply? it would be really helpful in the long run for me, thank you for those who take their time to reply

Can also be added by clicking on the little picture up there next to the Internet Explorer picture.

try imagevenue.com as your picture host, they will thumbnail link your picture, that will save bandwidth.

That will save THEIR bandwidth.

If you host an image on another site, they will be paying the bandwidth. Jacob doesn't host the image, so he doesn't pay for it to get to your computer.

Yes, it would conserve the user bandwidth, but since when has anyone put the user first.
