Depends on the content of the ticket. A day or so is usual for shipping and orders, but something wrong with the site might be longer. You can always send another message.

Did you ever get a response for for your ticket? I have also sent a ticket and have not gotten any response other than a "We'll get back to you" but they have not communicated since.
