How to download FAKKU books on iPhone/iPad - iOS 12+?

How can I download FAKKU books as PDFs on iPhones and iPads with iOS 12 or newer and read from in the official Books app from Apple?

Its been a while since I downloaded to the iPad, but I'm pretty sure another window opens up after you select 'download' and choose 'PDF', and gives you the option to 'open in Books'. That's pretty much how I do it on the Mac as well. Then, of course, you can choose to save it in iCloud, if you have the option turned on in your settings.

I tried (and failed) to paste a screenshot here, so I just uploaded it temporarily to my blog:
Juniper Bery's Savory Apricot Flan
This is what I get after selecting 'download'. However, I do remember getting stuck a few times, and going back and starting again. Once you open it in Books, it can be saved there, and in iCloud Drive if you have Books turned on in the iCloud Drive settings, which is what I do.

Well, I'm pretty much stumped. One thought, though...if you tap on the blank grey page, does the Share Menu (i.e. message, mail, save to files, etc) come up? In there, it gives an option to save to Books. If that doesn't work, I can't imagine what's wrong. The worst I've ever experienced when downloading PDFs to Books is slowness, but its never shut me out completely.

It finally worked... after waiting 15-30 minutes for that blank grey page to load into a PDF of pages of the book.
After it loads, I can “Copy to Books” and it’s in my Books app.
For reference, I’m using an iPhone 6S+. What do you use?
Thanks for the help. I just had to wait longer than expected.

Glad it finally worked for you, but 15-30 minutes...that's amazing. I have an iPhone 6 and a first generation iPad Air, and my experience has always been as shown; just the grey page with the thumbnail, and 'open in Books'. It has been slow-ish at times, but never that slow. Oh well, at least you know it works.
By the way, are you downloading from Safari, or another browser? That could explain why things are different.

Safari.
This is how it works for me:

After the last picture, it opens the book in Books upon clicking "Copy to Books".

Android >snappleIt's all preference; I like Apple for its simplicity of its OS and I like Android for its versatility of functions and features.

A different downloading experience for me, but, as long as we can enjoy our regularly scheduled erotic literary activities, all is good.

That is easier than I was imagining to myself, I thought that I need to access the website thought my Mac then to download the book, maybe there is any converter for this and then to move it to my iPhone or iPad though iTunes. But you guys can do it times better, appreciate that, now I will know how to download it faster and times easier. I will put the books app in the same folder with my favourite poker app Web Page Name, these are two things that I am doing the most during the whole day.
