Having a large collection is not really a reason. I think one of the acceptable reason is if you're a part of hentai manga/doujin scanslation group.

typically to post manga you need to make or have your own group, meaning your own group releases with your credit page attached, typically assuming you dont have a group set up a blog like eblogger as your groups home and do releases accordingly, so if you have a group also make a mangaupdates account and get uploader authority so you can update your releases on mangaupdates showing your a real group. Than email Jacob from fakku through the contact information provided by site and request an uploader authority from jacob or whomever, you state your own groups name, your site info like site address and typically provide examples of your releases either using mangaupdates as proof or ehentai, since jacob does not know you and giving upload authority requires trust to post stuff on site without moderator approval you need to demonstrate it, typically if your posting content here shows what your posting and your overall determination to release, in this forum thread you can post it wont be public but people who visit the thread shows your keeping to the rules, which builds trust, it doesnt guarantee he will give upload authority but its shows determination.So three thing, Your own group releases, your group site and proof your releasing and posting your own releases as a legitimate group will show your a real group and not just a random person uploading other peoples releases.

The upload page is only available to a certain group of users. But we may open it up to everyone at some point in the future/
