how we know if the files we posted are 'legal' in fakku??

i am kinda worry about this a i do not wish to be black list or banned by fakku.
how do we know if whatever we posted here are acceptable by the admins?
although i had read the rules about posting but certain games or manga had the charater who feel to me is ok but i not sure if it also alright with the admins
also can games/manga we got from other site be posted here since i cannot find it here anywhere??

3. Translated English (Licensed Manga)
