After opening up the "Kotori-San please %$#% Me" manga I received an EXTENSIVE warning page popping up on my Galaxy Note 3 screen from the UNITED NATIONS stating that I was accused of viewing child pornography at that exact moment.
It had my location and the ip address for my wifi and a BUNCH of other things.
I got so scared I immediately disconnected my wifi and left fakku. Went to one of my favorite non hentai sites, fapped away no more sudden pop ups on my phone screen.
What freaked me out the most was when it happened, I gave me the option to either NOT reload the page (Kotori-san plz etc) or to CONTINUE viewing. 1. Which country are you in?
2. Location and IP Address are two things that can easily be identified. Can you describe what you mean by "BUNCH of other things"?
3. Did you happen to read what this UN website said (besides accusing you)? Did you take a good look at the URL?

I've had something of this nature happen to me before. It accused me of watching CP even though at the time I was viewing an article on E.D totally unrelated to CP. The cause turned out to be some kind of Malware which Avast! antivirus got rid of with a Bootscan.

And it didn't ask for money for not calling the law or prison? Mostly it ransomware you picked up on another site. Could be just errant white knight made malware if they didn't hold you stuff in lockdown. You might want to go to the google store dl an anti-virus to scan and detect. You could always run the same scan when you root your computer, but then you could infect your computer also.

But you can still be prosecuted based on other child pornography laws. Legal loopholes.

Sounds like it's either spyware or a troll post. That work on this site or any other hentai site is not loli whatsoever, believe me I checked before I uploaded it. If this an actual issue then run some diagnostics on your computer to see if there is anything malicious on your hardrive. I had something similar happen with spyware a few months back where I would get FBI warnings and horrible ads ad whatnot. Thought it was fakku, but in actuality it was just stupid spyware.

It varies from state to state. Some states explicitly ban it lumping it with CP, some have vague or no laws against it, others don't give a shit. That's what I meant by legal grey area.
