I think shiny days download files are corrupted.

So I bought Sunny Days, download it, and files 4 to 9 are not rar files (or any that I could recognize. It just say 4 file, 5 file, 6 file, etc.). Files 2 and 3 are rar files, but when I try to extract them it said corrupted. There is no file 1, but there is a file name exe. which I assume is file 1, but I have no idea what use it is for. So basically the entire thing is completely not downloadable. I have other games as well, and they are downloading extracting just fine. The problems begins when I boot up the game, one appear to be stuck completely after I click "start from beginning", and another just have a black screen with the sound still playing perfectly fine. So basically all games I have bought are unplayable, therefore I would like people to help me know either am doing something wrong, or the files are not working.

Hi! So the issue you're having is that you're trying to extract the files when you should simply download them and the exe, then run the exe and it'll take care of the rest. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Because I don't really understand why the first two files are rar and the rest are not. Not only that, the fact that this is the only game my extracting program say the file is corrupted when I try to extract them.
Thank you for helping

How about I ask you some questions.
1. Where you bought your digital copy of Shiny Days. FAKKU? JAST USA? Or J-List?
2. Does your PC have a active anti-virus? Anti-virus programs can sometimes corrupt visual novel game files by partially or fully quarantining the download. Disable the anti-virus that's on your computer. You can Google for instructions on how to disable the anti-virus and only re-enable it when you see that the installed game is working.
3. For RAR files, don't use the default ZIP extractor that Windows has or 7Zip, they're a bit useless. Try using WinRAR instead: WinRAR and don't care about the pop-up asking you to buy a license, the free version can unpack files of any size.
If all else fails, then your only choice is contact the customer service of the site you bought the digital copy of Shiny Days from and either 1) accept getting a ZIP file with just a big EXE file that has whole game inside if the site's CS give it to you or 2) request a refund.
