I wanted to know if an admin could deactivate this account for me, and the subscription on it. I know how to cancel subscription but not deactivate it which is why I can't deactivate the account itself. Hopefully someone can take care of this for me. And before any confirmations are asked for, I will answer them now, yes I want this account deactivated. Thanks so much for the help.
