There are really people who can`t speak/read japanese? I never tought so.
Further who would ever had come to the Idea to translate jap. Mannga and Doujins.
We could even translate them into different Languages.

@redjellogod What do you think is the Fakku Translator Team doing ? They are already giving out jap. --> english Translations frequently. But as you may imagine (or not) thats kind of work and while they have a Live/Jobs, their time is limited.

Im sorry if i offend you (which is most likley the case), but some Threads really drive you nuts.

No. Thread like this has happened before. Again, no. It belittles the work that the subs team does do.

I get where you're coming from, I have the utmost respect for the work that you guys do. However, I don't really see how such an idea would be so offensive. I don't think its a bad idea at all. I mean there are some people who, while viewing untranslated doujins and shit, think "Hey, I could come up with some pretty funny dialogue." Its not taking a stab at all of you guys and your hard work, its just creative expression.

I think what he means is that doing stuff like that has nothing to do with what is done here and it might get confusing if we hosted both things.

As a person who knows no japanese at all, I would prefer fakesubs on my doujins than random squibbles. Of course these fakesubs would have to be user-submitted because we wouldn't want to slow down the actual fakku sub team with their work =0 And when you think about it, the person doing the fakesub will have to dedicate at least like half an hour to do it depending on their photoshop skills and might actually provide a few laughs. All for the lulz y'know?

Take the Things to look forward to. news post for example. It would be great if this turned out to be a Photoshop Phriday. It could be a subforum under Manga, Doujinshi, and Videos.

Also, re-writes are evil.
