Note: I'm new to Fakku so if this topic doesn't belong here please forgive me.
Alright I'm having a problem with some .MKV files I downloaded from Fakku Translations and the subtitles won't show up but the video works just fine and so does the audio.
I use a program called "Media Player Classic" and it should show me an option to select subtitles if the file has any but It doesn't :/
So does anyone know how to fix this or what I might be doing wrong?
Also this has only happened to 2 episodes I have downloaded.

I wouldnt suggest using VLC. Even though you have media plater home classic, i recommend you getting this instead. Its a codec pack that will give you better quality with media player home classic installed with it.

Everything else is stupid and not worth it. VLC is trash for subs. Everything in the fansub community is set to be played with cccp. VLC has too many bugs to be considered useful.

Isn't Media Player Classic CCCP?
Because that's what I downloaded and that's how I how I got it and the only thing I get under navigate is previous and next I can't click on anything else.

CCCP comes with mpc. It has other stuff with it as well that are needed for proper playback. Sounds like you were using a really old buggy version and not the latest or were messing with something else.
You need to update to the latest cccp anyway so you can play 10-bit videos next anime season anyway.

I just reinstall cccp in general every time I have a problem. Fixes just about everything. General idea is to reboot as well but I never do. Just make sure you are using the mpc that came with cccp and not your own.
