Image cropping when changing avatar is broken.

Yeap, at least in my case anyway. When I try to crop avatar, it doesn't come out right, at all. I tried cropping even when the preview image was messed up, the avi gets cropped improperly, but that's just me, did anyone else encountered this issue? A friend of mine tried the thing and he said it works just fine.
When I tried a 160x260 image, the avi changed properly though.
