The same issue is happening to me as well. I've already issued a support ticket but wanted to see if the same issues were happening to others as well. I'm also experiencing other issues, I can't buy anything from the store, every time I click to purchase something I get an error message saying the transaction was declined. I've checked and even called my bank and they confirmed there's no issue on their end. I can't even update my payment method as I get the same error message there as well. Anytime I try to view a chapter I get stuck on a "Loading..." grey screen at 0/0 images. I've checked on 4 different browsers on 3 separate devices, so I'm fairly certain these issues are not attributed by my devices. This happened during the Black Friday Sale which really sucks as I was looking forward to adding quite a lot to my collection. Please let me know if there's anything I can do on my end to help resolve these issues!
Any resolution on this?!

I’m having this same issue. I’ve contacted support, but last time I had this issue it was because my account had been flagged because of a potentially fraudulent transaction. It might be causing the same issue here.

I had the same issue. And I jumped the gun, and cancelled my subscription, hoping its expiration would work as a reboot. I also deleted my card. And now I can't re-associate it. My bank seems to have no records of failed transactions, linked to the failed attempts.
Please, I want a solution. I would rather not get a Virtual Card ONLY for this service, when my actual CCs have sufficed for years.

December 6th - Any Update?! Has anyone's account been fixed yet? It's been a week since my first Support ticket was submitted and there's been no resolution, I feel for Jack_998 since he is going on 2 weeks. I don't understand why this hasn't been addressed or fixed yet, especially with a multitude of users experiencing the same exact issues. To be honest, I'm getting rather upset because I've spent a LOT of money on Fakku, and to receive this kind of response is unacceptable.
December 7th - Got an update from Fakku Support - "It's being investigated now and we're checking on the status every day. As soon as I know more, I'll let you know. Feel free to check in as well but I don't have any concrete info just yet. I appreciate your patience and hopefully we get an update, soon! "

Jacob found and was able to fix the issue with the site, so we shouldn't be seeing this issue pop up anymore.
That being said, if you're still running into these issues, please submit a support ticket and I should now also be able to resolve it without escalation. I say "should" because it's possible there is something else going on, but I've tested it a couple of times with good results, so fingers crossed!

If it's not resolved, I might ask for a couple of additional steps and to have anyone still running into the issue try a couple of times. If those steps don't work, I'll escalate those individual accounts back up to see if we can figure out what's sticking.

But as of this mornin, the problem persist... except that not is is tuck in 00|00.
