Is there a way to post downloaded pictures in a reply?

I JUST made an account on here so i apologize if this is an obvious or stupid question but i was curious if there is a way to post pictures that you have downloaded to your computer rather than using a URL (or really any other method at all). I have several pictures on my computer that i would like to post on a topic in the forums and id rather not go through the hassle of scouring the internet for that very same picture.

Upload to SadPanda, I.Minus, Imgur, Imagebam or many of the other similar sites. Photobucket and Imageshack are not recommended.

Ive never used any of those so ill guess ill have to figure it out. Thanks for the help.

Any image hosting site but FJ and Imgur,for some reason they always fail at uploading the correct image.Soon or late every single image that you link from one of these two site will turn into a tiny square no matter how large it is,there are some of popular site you might want to give a go.
