[Locked] Is there a way to upgrade digital purchase to print+digital?

I'm considering purchasing one of the books in the store, but don't really wanna buy it for $20 without actually knowing what's inside.
I was thinking of getting digital first for $10 and then perhaps if I felt it was good enough put down another $10 for the print copy, but I couldn't see any option to ONLY buy the print copy. Is that even possible, or am I just not looking hard enough? And if not, I would like to ask, why not?

Jacob has said he'll add an upgrade option, for now there's a thread in the Fakku Books section (which you can access if you've bought a book) where you can post the information of your digital only and latter digital + physical order, and you'll get the digital only order refunded.
