Has anyone else had any issues trying to contact support? I’ve reached out a few times now and waited a couple days for a reply and no reply. There is no info on here or on twitter about them not being available.
Didn’t want to make a forum post as I never have before nor have I ever had any issues with fakku which is why I love it so much, but this is not the best situation now.

I had the same problem last week: 5 days later the opening of the ticket no one answered me.
Try to write at contact@fakku.net using your support ticket number as object (with me worked well and received an answer in the same day).
Otherwise, you can try to contact them through their social accounts (X, Bluesky, Discord).

It looks like you've been replied to for each of the tickets you've sent in. They may have ended up in your spam folder?
