Limit 10 Post for every PAGE

To increase FAKKU forums page load, i suggest that Admin could limit 10 post for every single page.. because some user love to attach big ass picture. For other user who have low connection bandwidth it will take quite a time to load that picture.

If users are posting huge images they should be Spoiling them, otherwise it's considered spam.
-Extremely long images are also considered against the rules
I'd say report the posts but the Report feature doesn't appear to be working right now.
