So I've started having this problem since the big update awhile ago, but every time I click on a thread title on the main forum page, I end up in a thread other than the one I clicked. I can get into it just fine if I go to the sub-forum, but from the main page I can't navigate directly to a thread.

If you mean the latest-thread-box, yeah that's broken.
It shows the wrong thread and it doesn't correctly display HTML escaped chars like &aum l; (had to leave a space in it here)
I mentioned that in the new-version bugreport thread after the new version was released but I don't think that Jacob has seen it so far.
