Is this a legal battle right now, is FAKKU trying to get around this, are they trying to help us get around it, is it going to happen to more artists/series, if ever when can we expect to see them get unblocked, if they are available is other countries (might not be) can they say which countries on the page, or and official statement would be nice

The new story Winter Beast is no where to be found though, they had it on there recently. But the main problem is whether we'll be able to see Homunculus or Hamao works in the future, and in addition, to see them here in Fakku and enjoy them as a community. "Came for the hentai, stayed for the comments" is what I think makes this site attractive. So please Ed, I've read the legal issue thread, what's you're say in this.

There isn't much trans'd Homunculus H-manga on Exhentai either. I know they're the same service but for some reason I thought Ex would be a safer option. Apparently not.
