For some reason I can't download or view pages of manga/doujinshi, gets on my nerve -- it just says that the websites not working whenever i click and and sometimes i can't even click the button

The file server is down because it got flooded when so many people tried to download multiple files as soon as it went up.
In the future, read the news posts on the main page, probably 9 out of ten times someone complains about a problem it's already been addressed on the main page in an update.
