Multiple declined payments question

Generally what i do is i transfer funds from my main card to the one i use for online purchases, but due to alcohol i forgot to do that XD. As such i was getting a message to subscribe to fakku whenever i tried to open a manga. Of course i tried setting up the payment like 5 times until i realized i had yet to transfer funds from my main card to the one i use for online payments.
I guess its never a good idea to try to set payments online while drunk...
My question is, when i check the billing history and see several declined payments. Once i add funds to my card...will those payments be taken? Or will they remain declined and ill have to set it up from scratch again?

The declines are basically just a history of the billing attempts. Once it does a successful charge it'll only do that one successful charge. It won't like go thru and re-do all the decline ones. Think of it as a history, each line is an attempted charge and it's result, not a pending payment list.
