Multiple tag follows and the Spats tag

Hi everyone!
Pretty much new here, I'll maybe make an introduction topic some other time. First I was really curious whether there was some way to follow multiple tags simultaneously. With this I mean to follow a combination of tags, like Office Lady + Bakunyuu for example.
As for the second horn, the spats tag. Is there a chance this could be broadened to include the leggings of sorts we see in utu's Training Yahoo? I'm pretty sure workout leggings/yoga pants/whatever are a bit more common lately, but I feel like they fit very well under the spats tag. For now, however, it feels like it's not being categorized under that banner. Any chance we could maybe update this (which probably in practice means to tag the relevant pieces with the spats category).
edit: silly me, I'm noticing some under the spats banner definitely concern full-on leggings, and other times even pantyhose seem to warrant the tag (Pantyhose Love <3 for example)
And I guess for future reference: any way we could suggest tags? I'm sure oftentimes readers will pick out other very relevant tags that may be missing.
