I ha\/e a card I got from my corner store and I know it has the money i called. but it's geting declined. and e\/en if it doesen't I ha\/e another card And wouldn't mind working something out.

I recommend calling the card issuer and asking them why the card is being declined. If this is a pre-paid card, you will have to talk to the issuer and get them to attach your billing information to the card.
